摘要
介绍了一种高压断路器操作过程中外部振动信号的检测和处理系统。系统由计算机、机械振动信号加速度传感器和系统处理软件等组成,具有数据采集、信号处理等功能。通过信号处理技术,分析了振动信号时域和频域的响应特性,揭示了外部振动信号与内部机械部件运动和撞击的对应关系。以试品断路器的合闸缓冲器为例,运用振动信号的检测和处理,定量描述了合闸缓冲器的机械状态。监测系统从安装在断路器的表面上的传感器获取振动信号,不需要电气接线,这种检测方法适用于高压断路器的在线监测。
This paper described a monitoring and analysis system for external vibration acceleration signals of circuit breaker during operation. This system cosists of a computer, vibration acceleration signal sensors, processing software system and etc. This system has the capability of data sampling, data processing and etc. Through the use of data processing techniques, this paper analyzed the time and frequency response characteristic of vibration signals and revealed the relationship between the external vibration during operation and the motion and impacts of circuit breaker's constituent parts. This paper takes the closing buffer of the test circuit breaker as an example and the condition of the closing buffer determined quantitatively by applying this system. This system obtains vibration signals from transducers placed along the external surfaces of a circuit breaker and no electrical link required. This detection method suited on line monitoring for high voltage circuit breaker.
