辛伐他汀治疗高血脂症42例疗效观察被引量：4

摘要目的:观察辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:对42例高脂血症患者给予口服辛伐他汀治疗,治疗前后分别测定胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)。结果:经8周治疗后血脂降低效果明显,治疗前后血脂水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:辛伐他汀降血脂作用明显、快速、安全可靠。
