摘要
介绍了膜结构中两种常用的膜材料PTFE和ETFE的组成;分析了两种材料的性能和特点;并运用结构软件对算例进行计算,对比几种PTFE膜和ETFE膜在结构静力性能方面的表现;给出了在几种均布荷载作用下的膜面最大位移、膜面第一主应力、第二主应力及最大主应力幅值;分析其在不同参数下的变化,得出结论:在对结构进行分析时,要根据具体的情况分析确定选用合理的膜材.
The article introduced the composition of two kinds of membrane materials PTFE ,ETFE in the membrane structure, analyzed properties and characteristics of the two kinds of material, and compared several PTFE membrane and ETFE membrane in the static behavior of structures. It showed the maximal displacement of the membrane surface, the first principal stress , the second principal stress and the maximum principal stress amplitude in several uniformly distributed loads, and analyzed the changes under different parameters, Then the conclusion is shown: according to the specific situation chooses reasonable membrane material.
