被动吸烟对胎鼠海马神经元超微结构及神经生长因子表达水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨被动吸烟对胎鼠海马超微结构的影响以及神经生长因子(NGF)表达的变化。方法24只成年雌性大鼠随即分为实验组与对照组,每组12只,对实验组大鼠进行被动吸烟造模。应用电镜观察胎鼠海马神经元的病理改变,采用免疫组化SP法检测海马神经元内神经生长因子表达变化。结果电镜下,被动吸烟组胎鼠神经元内线粒体空泡样变性,出现水泡样结构,核染色质边集;实验组胎鼠神经元神经生长因子平均光密度低于实验组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论被动吸烟使胎鼠神经元结构破坏和神经生长因子表达下降,对胎鼠学习记忆能力可能有一定影响。 Objective To observe the effects of passive smoking on the ultramicrostructure andthe expression of Nerve Growth Factor(NGF) of fetal rat hippocampal neurons. Methods 24 rats were randomized into experimental group and control group, 12 rats in each group. The model of passive smoking in pregnant rats of experimental group was made, then the pathologic change of hippocampal neurons was observed using transmission electron microscope and the expression of NGF was detected by SP immunehistochemical method. Results The vacuolar degeneration was observed in mitochondria of the experimental fetal rats, bubble-like substance and nuclear chromatin margination also appeared. The expression of NGF in hippocampus of the experimental group was lower than that of control group significantly(P〈0. 05). Conclusions Passive smoking can induce the degeneration of the rat neurons and reduce the expression of NGF, further, it may influence the learning and memory caoabilitv of fetal rats.
