摘要
腰椎间盘突出动物模型均源于椎间盘退变动物模型,但严格意义的腰椎间盘突出动物模型只是随着近年来腰椎间盘突出症的发病率逐年升高才引起人们和医务工作者的重视和深入研究。建立与人类相关性、可比性均较强的腰椎间盘突出动物模型,可为腰椎间盘突出症的深入研究:如发病机制,治疗作用机制等提供良好的实验载体。文章通过对近5年国内外有关腰椎间盘突出动物模型的研究进行总结比较分析,综述了腰椎间盘突出动物模型的研究进展,并对其存在问题和应用前景进行了展望。
All the animal models of lumbar disc herniation are originated from models of intervertebral disc degeneration. With the increase of incidence of lumbar disc herniation year by year, the medical workers pay more attention to the strict term of lumbar disc herniation models. Establishment of lumbar disc herniation models, which has strong relativity and comparability to human, can provide good experimental carriers for further research of lumbar disc herniation, such as pathogenesis and mechanisms of therapeutic effects. Through summarize and analyze the research about lumbar disc herniation models in the past five years, the article reviews the progress of lumbar disc herniation models, and prospects the problems and applications.
