燕山红栗芽苗砧嫁接成活的生理生化基础 被引量:1

Physiological and Biochemical Basis of Castanea mollissima cv. 'Yanshanhong' Grafting Seedlings Survival

摘要 以不同时期采集的燕山红栗为接穗,不同发育期的野生燕山红栗芽苗为砧木,于2008年4月进行嫁接试验。通过对砧穗内源激素含量和酶活性的测定分析,研究其生理生化基础与嫁接成活的关系。结果表明:(1)接穗中IAA和ZT与嫁接成活呈正相关,而ABA与嫁接成活呈负相关,GA3与嫁接成活几乎不相关;IAA/ABA大于2.5和含水量大于45%时,其嫁接成活率均在90%以上;(2)芽苗砧中IAA/ABA对嫁接成活具有明显促进作用;(3)砧穗中PPO活性较高和PAL活性较低时有利于嫁接成活。 With scions of Castanea rnollissima cv. ' Yanshanhong' of different collecting time and stocks of wild chestnut bud seedling, the grafting experiment was carried on in different growth periods of stocks in April ,2008. This paper determined the endogenous hormones contents and enzyme activities of scions and stocks , studied physiological and biochemical basis of grafting survival. The results showed: the contents of IAA and ZT of scions were positive related to the grafting survival, while the contents of ABA of scions were negative related to the grafting survival. The contents of GAz of scions almost had no relation to the grafting survival. When the IAA/ABA rate was higher than 2.5 and the moisture content of scions was higher than 45%, the grafting survival rate was higher than 90%. High IAA/ABA rate of bud seeding stocks promoted grafting survival remarkably. Higher PPO activity and lower PAL activity of scions and stocks favoured grafting survival.
