在政府主导和市场选择等因素的共同作用下,医院开展品牌管理促进学科建设成为必然。以品牌战略理论为指导的医院品牌管理对重点学科建设具有促进作用。应从医院战略管理、学科建设组织体系与运行机制、医院品牌推广等方面进行重点学科建设。
With the common effect of govemment guidance and market choice, it has become inevitable for hospitals to exercise brand management to improve key science building. The paper explained the effect of hospital brand management on the building of key sciences under the guidance of brand strategy theory. Besides, it analyzed the ways and tactics of key science building from the strategic management of hospitals, organizational system and operational mechanism of science building, and hospital brand popularization.
