摘要
本文在对江苏泰州渔业深入调查的基础上,介绍了该市高效渔业发展取得的成效,论述了该市创新发展理念、加快结构调整和渔业组织方式转变、促进渔业产业发展的主要做法和经验,即树立市场优先、名牌优先、生态优先的理念,着力突破市场营销、品牌培育和环境友好型渔业建设;优化区域布局、品种结构和技术结构以及延伸产业链条,不断提高渔业发展内在素质;强化规划引导、机制创新、政策扶持和服务指导,促进渔业组织方式转变,为其它地区发展现代高效渔业提供了有益的借鉴和指导。
Based on case study of Taizhou fishery development, author has introduced achievements of efficient fishery in Taizhou, and discussed its innovation ideas, and experiences of structural adjustment and promoting fishery development. Such as, building up market priority, brand priority, ecological priority etc. It has made efforts to break through marketing, brand growing and develop environment-friendly fishery. It has constantly improved the diathesis of fishery development by optimizing regional distribution, variety and technology structures, and industrial chain extension. It has promoted the transformation of fishery institution manner through strengthening planning, mechanism innovation, policies and services support. It is a good sample for other regions to develop efficient fishery.
