锁定加压钢板和动力加压钢板治疗肱骨中下段骨折临床疗效分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:比较锁定加压钢板和动力加压钢板治疗肱骨中下段骨折的疗效及其应用选择。方法:38例肱骨中下段骨折分别采用锁定加压钢板和动力加压钢板内固定治疗,从手术时间、临床愈合时间、术后功能恢复程度及并发症等方面进行比较。结果:术后经6~18个月随访,锁定加压钢板功能优良率90.48%,动力加压钢板优良率76.47%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。锁定加压钢板组骨折临床愈合时间缩短,手术创伤较小,动力加压钢板组术后并发症较高。结论:锁定加压钢板内固定治疗肱骨中下段骨折,具有骨折愈合率高,软组织损伤小,固定牢固,术后并发症少等优点,是治疗肱骨中下段骨折较理想的手术方法。 Objective: To compare the curative effect of dynamic compression plate (DCP) and locking compression plate (LCP) in curing fractures of middle-inferior humerus and application. Methods: 38 cases of fractures middle-inferior humerus were selected, they were treated with LCP and DCP. Operation time, clinical healing time, functional recovery and complication were assayed. Results: After follow-up visit (6-18 months), fine rate of LCP and DCP were 90.48% vs 76.47%, difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). LCP group had short clinical healing time, less surgical trauma. The complication of DCP group was more higner. Conclusion: LCP is an ideal method in curing fractures of middle-inferior humerus because of high healing rate, less surgical trauma, less complication and firmly fixation.
