水分胁迫下Glomus versiforme对柑橘叶片矿质营养元素含量的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Glomus versiforme on Mineral Nutritional Contents in Leaves of Citrus under Water Stress Conditions

摘要 在盆栽温室条件下研究Glomus versiforme(Karsten)Berch接种对正常水分和水分胁迫下红橘(Citrus tan-gerine Hort.ex Tanaka)实生苗叶片大量元素和微量元素含量的影响。结果表明:无论在正常水分还是水分胁迫下,菌种处理均显著提高叶片P、K、Fe的含量,对叶片Cu、Ca、Mn含量没有显著影响。Glomus versiforme的感染仅显著提高正常水分下叶片N和Zn含量以及水分胁迫下叶片Mg含量。P、K和Fe含量的升高将有利于增强菌根化植株的抗旱性。 Effects of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus, Glomus versiforme (Karsten) Berch, on mineral nutritional contents in leaves of red tangerine ( Citrus tangerine Hort. ex Tanaka) seedlings exposed to normal watering and water stress were studied under the condition of potted culture of and greenhouse. The results obtained from the present experiment showed that inoculation with Glomus versiforme notably increased the P, K and Fe contents in leaves of tangerine subjected to normal watering and water stress but did not affected the Cu, Ca and Mn contents in leaves. Colonization by Glomus versiforme significandy enhanced both the N and Zn contents of well -watered leaves and the Mg content of water stressed leaves. The overall results from the experiment suggest that higher P, K and Fe contents in leaves of myeorrhizal plants will help host plants to enhanee their drought resistance.
