双拷贝逆转录病毒载体介导的NT-3基因在嗅鞘细胞中的表达及其生物学活性 被引量:3

摘要 嗅鞘细胞(OEC)作为一种新颖的神经胶质细胞,可促进髓鞘和轴突的再生。神经营养因子-3(NT-3)是神经营养素家族众多成员中最有效的一种,具有强大的诱导神经再生作用。我们曾将OEC联合NT-3注入大鼠侧脑室,发现能较好地促进神经轴突和髓鞘的修复,但遗憾的是NT-3浓度较低,且持续性欠佳。因此,寻找一种内源性、持续性的NT-3供给方法尤为必要。
