摘要
用电泳和分光光度计比色法检测了甘草种子萌发初期过氧化物酶的变化。结果表明,随着种子的萌发和胚根的伸长,过氧化物酶的活性不断升高,同工酶谱带数量不断增加。这种变化在24h内较缓慢。
Changes of the peroxidase in Glycyrrhiza uralensis were detected by electrophoresis and spectrophotometric analysis at the primary stage of sprouting.The result shows that during the process of seed sprouting and radicle elongating,the activities of peroxidase keep increasing,some new bands being detected and some original bands enhancing.The changes take place slowly within 24h,but become faster after 24h.
