摘要
基于利用叶片开槽出口射流控制附面层分离的思想,提出在静子叶片上从压力面向吸力面开槽的流动控制方案,设计了在静子叶片上部的两段式转折槽,并对静子叶片开槽处理后的单级压气机特性进行了数值模拟。结果表明,静子叶片开槽处理可以显著改善单级压气机性能,扩大流量工作范围,提高压气机的稳定性。进一步分析流场发现,槽道出口射流可以有效吹除叶片尾部吸力面附面层分离气流,控制附面层分离区扩散。
Based on the thought that jet from slot outlet can control boundary layer, the slot treatment technology from pressure surface to suction surface of blade was proposed, while a slot solution on the stator blade was designed to conduct numerical simulation of the single stage compressor characteristic after slot treatment. The results show that stator blade slot treatment can effectively improve compressor performance and enlarge stable operation region. The jet from the slot outlet can blow off boundary layer separation flow and control separation region on the suction surface.
