摘要
采用热模拟实验分析了含铌奥氏体不锈钢347在不同变形条件的应力曲线特征,发现含铌奥氏体不锈钢高温下具有明显的加工硬化应力曲线特征,通过修正MEDINA模型建立了应力与变形条件的数学模拟关系,使得该不锈钢更能符合加工硬化特征型曲线,从而为预报含铌奥氏体不锈钢轧制载荷的预报奠定基础。
Hot working of AISI 347SS was simulated by the uniaxial compression tests in a thermo mechanic simulator, Ther-mecmaster Z. Its stress-strain curves were measured at the various strain rates and deformation temperatures. All flow curves, at temperatures between 970℃-1230℃ and strain rates of 0.04/s-40/s, show a typical characteristics of work hardening, i.e. stress increases with increasing strain without a peak stress observed. Numerical simulations on these flow curves shows that they can not be simulated by the well known equation in the literature σHW=σ0+B[1-exp(-Cε)]^m, but by a modified one σ=B[1-exp(-Cε)]^m+k(ε-εs), which has been developed in this paper to describe the flow curves for the hot working of AISI 347 SS.
