摘要
通过在数据处理流程中加入数据对接处理算法,解决了发散收敛波问题,得到一种改进的雨流法实时计数模型.其计数简单,计数时不需要得到完整的应力时间历程,也不需要在计数前对应力时间历程作任何调整或修正,实现了应力循环的实时计数.该模型已应用于高速动车组应力谱数据处理之中.
Through adding data-connected algorithm during data counting treatment,the divergent-convergent wave problem has been solved and an improved model of rain-flow real-time counting method has been obtained.It has advantages,such as counting easily,not needing the whole stress-time history.And it is also not necessary to rectify or modify the stress-time history before counting.The stress cycles can be counted directly in real time.Test results have been applied to the data treatment of stress-spectra for the high-speed EMU.
