脑出血患者血清和颅内血肿液中白细胞介素4、白细胞介素6含量的研究 被引量:4

Changes of IL-4,IL-6 in serum and hematoma fluid in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的研究脑出血患者静脉血清和颅内血肿液中白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量的动态变化,探讨IL-4、IL-6与脑出血的关系和意义。方法检测89例急性脑出血患者静脉血清和颅内血肿液中IL-4、IL-6含量,并与正常对照组进行对比。结果急性期脑出血患者静脉血清和颅内血肿液中IL-4、IL-6含量均明显高于正常对照组,IL-4(63.6±23.7)ng/L、(60.9±23.4)ng/Lvs(17.9±7.1)ng/L(P<0.01),IL-6(91.6±23.7)ng/L、(90.2±29.6)ng/Lvs(34.5±17.2)ng/L(P<0.01);脑出血不同时期(<6h,6~12h,>12~24h,>24~72h,>3~7d)静脉血清IL-4、IL-6含量比较,>24~72小时含量最高,此后呈下降趋势。结论IL-4、IL-6参与了脑出血急性期的炎症反应,是脑出血后脑组织损伤的重要机制之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between IL-4,IL-6 and intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) by studying the dynamics of IL-4 and IL-6 levels in venous serum and hematoma fluid of patients. Methods IL-4 and IL-6 in venous serum and hematoma fluid were assayed in 89 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH group), then compared with those of normal control group. Results The levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in venous serum and hematoma fluid in ICH group were higher than those of normal control group, IL-4 (63.6± 23.7) ng/L, (60.9± 23.4) ng/L vs (17.9±7.1) ng/L (P 〈 0.01),IL-6(91.6±23.7) ng/L, (90.2± 29.6) ng/L vs (34.5±17.2) ng/L( P 〈0.01). When comparing the levels of IL-4,IL-6 at different ICH stages (〈6 h,6-12 h,〉12-24 h,〉24-72 h,〉3-7 d), the highest levels were detected during 24-72 h followed by a tendency to decrease after 72 h. Conclusion IL-4,IL-6 have participated in the inflammation reaction in acute ICH,which could be one of significant mechanism in brain tissues injury.
