摘要
30年间,中国法律思想史从初步确立到加速发展最终走向繁荣,在多个论域中展开了理论争鸣,产生了丰富的理论成果。同时,中国法律思想史在学科建设、教材改革、学术研究、队伍建设、人才培养等方面获得了巨大的成就,取得了丰富的经验。我们必须认真梳理三十年中国法律思想史研究概况,以期为今后进一步研究打下坚实基础。
In the past 30 years （ 1978 - 2008）, the researches into the history of Chinese legal theories have developed from their infancy into their prosperous stage. They aroused many theoretical discussions and controversies in many fields and many fruitful achievements have been made in the process in terms of academic discipline construction, textbook reform, academic study,professional training, talents education in the history of Chinese legal theories. It is necessary to review the process of the past 30 years so as to lay a solid foundation for the future in -depth studies.
