摘要
以丙纶长丝为原料,采用正交试验设计,选取组织和紧度作为2个因素,以平纹、斜纹、方平作为组织因素下的3个水平,以斜纹第6、11、16结构相的对应紧度作为紧度因素下的3个水平,分别测试各织物拉伸、撕裂、顶破等力学性能,通过方差分析,分别建立了机织土工布结构与力学性能的数学模型。
The raw material is polypropylene filament, and the orthogonal experimental design was used which weave and tight were selected as the two factors, using the plain weave, twill, basket weave as the three levels of the weave, and the corresponding tight of 6, 11, 16 denim section of the twill as the three levels of the tight. The mechanical properties were tested, and the mathematical models have been respectively established through analysis of variance.
