摘要
从降低管道能耗、提高泥泵效率和实现泵站之间协调控制等方面分析了疏浚泥浆管道输送系统的节能机理,提出了系统工况点在线动态优化方法及多泵协调控制策略.以实时检测的系统过程参数为基础,利用模糊决策方法和数据融合技术进行工况点在线动态优化,使泥浆管道输送系统比能耗最低.构建了基于GPRS无线网络的多泵协调控制平台,以实时检测的泵站过程参数为基础,利用模糊决策方法进行多泵协调控制,使泵站机组整体效率最高.疏浚施工现场试验结果表明,所提出的优化方法和控制策略易于实现,构成系统装置便于现场改造施工,可以获得良好的节能效果.
The energy-saving mechanism of the dredging slurry pipeline transport system was analyzed from three aspects: minimizing the pipeline energy consumption, raising the pump-station efficiency, and achieving the coordinated control of pump-stations. A working-point on-line dynamic optimization method and a multi-pump coordinated control strategy were presented. Based on the real-time measuring process data, the fuzzy decision method and the data fusion technique were used to optimize the working-point parameters dynamically, thus to obtain the lowest specific energy consumption of the slurry pipeline transport system. A general packet radio service (GPRS) based multi-pump coordinated control platform was constructed, which utilized the pump stations' real-time measuring process parameters and adopts fuzzy decision method to coordinate the pumps' control, thus to get the highest efficiency of the pump stations. Field experiments were carried out and the results showed that the proposal optimization method and the control strategy are easy to realize, the system devices are convenient to reconstruct, and good energy-saving performance can be obtained.
