摘要
目的:探讨阿参养血胶囊提高免疫和造血功能及抗应激能力的药理作用。方法:阿参养血胶囊高、中、低剂量组分别连续给健康昆明种小鼠灌胃,剪尾放血造成失血性贫血模型,同时腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型小鼠,并设阳性对照组及正常对照组。小鼠于给药前后分别采血测血常规和其他指标。结果:阿参养血胶囊对失血小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠白细胞、红细胞和血红蛋白均有明显升高作用,能增加造血功能;有较明显的增加免疫功能作用,表现在增加胸腺指数、脾指数,中、高剂量增加免疫抑制小鼠淋巴细胞转化功能和碳廓清功能;并有较强的耐缺氧、耐高温、耐低温和抗疲劳等抗应激反应能力。结论:阿参养血胶囊具有良好的提高免疫功能和造血功能及抗应激能力的作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacological action of immune and hematopoietic enhancement and anti-stress capability of A＇shen Yangxue capsules. METHODS The study was carried out through the observation of normal mice and posthemorrhagic anemia model,immunosuppressed model in mice. A＇ shen Yangxue capsules were irrigated consecutively into the stomach of healthy Kunming mice with high,medium and low dose. Immunosuppressed model in mice was set up by intraperitoneal injecting CTX. At the same time, control group and normal group were set up. The blood routine and other test were observed on pretest and posttest. RESULTS A＇ shen yangxue capsules could improve the white blood cell（WBC）, red blood cell（RBC） and hemoglobin（HB） greatly, improve the immunological functions of posthemorrhagic anemia and immunosuppressed mice, enhance the anti-stress capability of anti-high temperature,anti-low temperature and anti-hypoxia. CONCLUSION A＇ shen Yangxue capsules have good effect of immune and hematopoietic enhancement and anti-stress capability.
