摘要
在分析甘肃气候、环境特点及混凝土所用材料的基础上,对于低强度大流动性引气混凝土,通过快速冻融法、美国电量法、干湿循环腐蚀法等分析了引气剂和复合矿物外加剂单掺及复掺对C20、C30混凝土抗渗性、抗冻性、抗腐蚀性等耐久性的影响规律。与基准混凝土相比,从抗冻性来看,双掺矿物外加剂和引气剂时效果最好,单掺矿物外加剂稍好,单掺引气剂时对C30混凝土效果居中,但对C20混凝土效果最差。从抗渗性来看,双掺矿物外加剂和引气剂时效果最好,单掺矿物外加剂次之,单掺引气剂稍有降低。从抗腐蚀性来看,单掺矿物外加剂效果最好;双掺矿物外加剂和引气剂时次之,单掺引气剂抗腐蚀性降低。
For low-intensity high fluidity air-entrained concrete,based on analyzing Gansu climates enviromental characteristics and materials used, through Quick Freeze-thaw Tests, American Coulometric Method, Dry-wet Cycling Corrosion Method, etc,Air-entraining agent and compound mineral admixture uni-doped or co-doped affecting durability (impermeability, frost resistance, corrosion resistance, etc) of C20 and C30 concrete is analyzed.The results show that, compared with normal concrete, on anti-corrodibility,concrete double mixed with compound mineral admixture and air-entraining agent features best effect, the concrete uni-doped compound mineral admixture is slightly better,tmi-doped air-entraining agent has midacy effect for C30 concrete while has the poorest effect for C20 concrete.On impermeability,when co-doped compound mineral admixture and air-entraing agent has the best effect,uni-doped compound mineral admixture takes second place, uni-doped air-entraining agent showed a slight decline.On corrosion resistance,uni-doped mineral admixture has the best effect, co-doped mineral admixture and air-entraining agent takes second place, and when uni-doped air-entraining agent corrosion resistance decrease.
