摘要
通过对碳钢45、A3钢的超高速切削来获得不同超高速切削条件下金相组织照片,以此研究碳钢在超高速切削状态下的切削机制,研究切屑在超高速状态下的运动状态和晶界的偏析现象。
By cutting carbon-steel 45 & A3 steel at ultra-high speed, and analyzing metallurgical microstructure images acquired in ultra-high-speed state, carbon-steel cutting mechanism in ultra-high-speed state is investigated, and the movement of the chip and the grain boundary segregation phenomenon of the chip in ultra-tfigh-speed state are researched.
