摘要
以废胶粉和重交沥青为主要原料,添加抗老化剂、稳定剂和增溶剂,运用湿法制得RBF型橡胶沥青。并掺配到不同新、旧沥青混合料比例组成的再生沥青混合料(RAM)中,测其水稳定性,高温抗车辙性,低温抗裂性等路用性能。试验结果表明,废橡胶粉掺量为15%时橡胶沥青性能最佳,RBF型橡胶沥青使再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性提高了1—2倍,低温抗裂性能提高了35%左右,水稳定性提高了10%左右。废料利用率在40%—60%时,再生沥青混合料具有较强的路用性能。
RBF-asphalt-rubber was obtained by wet method, using waste rubber and asphalt as main raw materials, adding anti-aging agent, stabilizer and compatibility agent. Then the RBF was blend into rehabilitation asphalt mixture which was consisted by different proportion of old and new asphalts pavement. The water stability, high-temperature rutting resistance and low-temperature crack resistance of these new mixtures were tested. The results show that the rubber asphalt has the best performance with 15% of waste rubber powder. RBF enhances the high-temperature stability of the RAM by 1 to 2 times, while the low-temperature anti-cracking performance increased about 35 % and the stability of water increased by 10 %. When recycle asphalt pavement utilization rate is 40 %--60 %, the RAM has good road performance.
