摘要
二级学院作为办学基层单位,处于教学管理的第一线,既要落实和完成所承担的教学任务,又肩负着各种教学管理职能。在教学质量监控体系中,二级学院既是具体的实施者,又是学校职能部门和基层教师的联系渠道,开展二级学院教学工作评价,充分调动二级学院教学工作的积极性和主动性,是提高教学质量的重要途径。
As a basic school-running unit, secondary colleges are on the front line of teaching management. They not only have to carry out and finish the undertaken teaching tasks but also take the responsibility of different kinds of teaching management. In teaching quality monitoring system, secondary colleges are specific implementers and a link between the functional departments of universities and their grassroots teachers. Therefore, evaluating teaching work of secondary colleges to bring their activity and initiative into full play is an important way to improve teaching quality.
