摘要
就公共图书馆的公益性及部分有偿服务存在的合理性进行了阐述,并就公益服务与有偿服务相结合的图书馆运营模式如何保障读者权利方面作了初步探讨。
In this paper, the rationality on public welfare service and proper onerous service in public library were expatiated, and how to ensure reader right by unifying public welfare service and proper onerous service was discussed too.
