摘要
用金刚笔(碟片)修整成形砂轮是成形磨削中的一个技术环节。对于金刚笔(碟片)修整成形砂轮中机床运动轨迹曲线进行了分析,认为轨迹线为工件轮廓线的法向偏置线,并对实例进行分析。
Profile of grinding wheel dressed by diamond stylus (disk) is a key technical link in profile grinding. This paper analyzes the grinder motion track in dressing the grinding wheel with diamond stylus (Disk-type) and makes a conclusion that the track curve is the normal offset line of workpiece contour line. An example is also given to make analysis.
