摘要
设计并研制了一种适用于小型圆柱型物件内壁喷涂的全自动喷涂机,详细阐述了内喷涂机的工作原理及其结构组成,论述了其控制硬件系统组成及其控制方式。该机稍作改造还可适用于小型物件的外表面喷涂,具有结构紧凑、占用空间少、运动灵活、工作可靠和装卸料容易等优点。
A kind of full automatic spray painting machine suitable for interior wall spraying of minityped cylindrical objects was designed and developed. The working principle and its structural constitution of internal spraying machine were expounded in detail. The constitution and controlling manner of its controlling hardware system were discussed. A little reformation of this machine would also be suitable for spraying on exterior surfaces of minityped objects. This machine has the advances of compactness in structure, less space of occupation, flexible in movement, reliable employment and easy loading and unloading of materials.
