摘要
本试验采用单因素筛选试验对酵母菌发酵处理玉米秸秆的发酵条件进行研究。结果表明:在秸秆含量为65%,含水量为70%时添加5 mL酵母菌液,发酵时间为48 h,能明显改善玉米秸秆营养价值。
The optimal fermentation conditions of corn stalks by yeast fermentation were studied by a single factor screening test.The results showed that 65 % of straw,moisture content of 70 % ,inoculum for 5 mL,fermentation time 48 h could significantly improve the nutritional value of corn stalks.
