普罗布考抑制急性冠脉综合征患者外周血单核细胞白介素-18的分泌 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血单核细胞(PBMC)分泌白介素-18(IL-18)以及普罗布考对IL-18分泌的影响。方法选择ACS患者25例,分离并培养单核细胞,采用普罗布考(终浓度分别为0、5、10μmol/L)进行体外干预,ELISA法测定单核细胞上清夜中IL-18浓度。结果ACS患者PBMC上清液中IL-18显著高于健康对照者〔(14.12±0.75)vs(11.50±0.79)pg/ml,P<0.05〕;普罗布考干预后明显降低ACS患者单个核细胞分泌IL-18。上清液中IL-18浓度与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平呈显著正相关(r=0.623,P<0.01)。结论IL-18参与了冠心病动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂,普罗布考可能通过抑制IL-18分泌,稳定斑块,从而发挥抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
