探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者执行功能中的心理控制 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨型糖尿病患者执行功能中的心理控制和反应的可塑性。方法对65例型糖尿病患者和40例正常人进行WCST和Stroop测试。结果患者组与对照组Stroop测试和WCST比较有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05),WCST与Stroop测试成绩相关。结论中年型糖尿病患者心理控制和反应的可塑性可能影响执行功能。 Objective To explore the mental control and plasticity of react in executive function of the patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods 65 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and 40 normal controls were performed Stroop test and Wisconsin Card Sorting test(WCST).Results There were significant difference in the result of Stroop test and Wisconsin Card Sorting test(WCST) between the groups of patients and normal controls(P〈0.05).The WCST was relative with Stroop test.Conclusion The mental control and plasticity of react of middle-aged patients with type Ⅱ diabetes may influence the executive function.
