摘要
以聚砜为基质材料,选用无机盐为成孔添加剂,同时加入不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇,纺制了用于制备中空纤维复合膜的基膜.实验结果表明,基膜的水通量随着铸膜液中聚砜质量分数的增大而减小;随无机盐含量的增大而上升;随聚乙二醇相对分子质量的增大而明显提高,且在相对分子质量为10000时达到最大值;铸膜液的温度越高,基膜水通量越大,但断裂强度有所下降;芯液中溶剂的质量分数增大,基膜水通量减小,断裂强度增大;随着空气浴高度的增长,基膜水通量增大.
By taking inorganic salt as the pore-forming additive, and different relative molecular weight of PEG were used to prepare polysuffone (PSF) hollow fiber, which is used as substrate for hollow fiber composite membranes. The results show that the flux of substrate membrane can decrease when the content of PSF increase; the flux increase when the content of the inorganic salt increase; the flux of substrate membranes can obvious increase and the rupture strength decrease with relative molecular weight of PEG increase, and flux achieve maximum when the relative molecular weight of PEG is ten thousand; the flux can increase when the temperature of spinning dope heat up; the flux can decrease and rupture strength can increase with the content of solvent in bore liquid ; the flux will increase with air gaps go up.
