摘要
割草机电机转速和割草线的长短是抛撒碎草的主要影响因素之一。为了研究割草机流道内部机具参数对抛撒碎草的影响,采用直径为39mm的透明有机玻璃保护罩,以直径为1mm的ABS塑料作为实验割草线并变为半长,在电机转速分别为2500r/min和3500r/min的情况下,利用粒子图像测速技术(PIV)结合数值模拟,对割草机内部流场的特性进行了研究。
The mower' s rotating velocity of motor and the blade ' s length are the main reasons that influence the way how to toss the broken grasses. In order to research the influence of the interior flow field which will decide the way of tossing the broken grasses, I have researched the internal flow field' s characteristic by the way of using the transparent plexiglass guarantees whose diameter is 39mm, using the ABS plastic whose diameter is 1 mm as the blade and then shortening the length in the middle, using the Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV) and the results of Numcrical Simulation, and with the two different rotation velocities which are 3500r/min and 2500r/min.
