摘要
基于系统设计原则,构建了基于ArcGIS的城镇地价信息系统的总体框架,并采用VB.NET编程语言、ArcGIS组件ArcGIS Engine、SQL Server数据库等开发实现了具有数据库管理、土地定级、地价评估、地价更新等功能的城镇地价信息系统。
The overall frame structure of urban land value system based on ArcGIS is built on the base of the principles of system design. And the urban land value system, which holds the functions of database management, land grading, land value appraisal, land value updating, etc, is realized by VB.NET, ArcGIS Engine and SQL Server.
