摘要
针对大多数车辆上使用的点火系统,提出了一种新型失火故障模拟方式,并设计出了一套方便、实用和可靠的电子可控失火故障模拟装置。基于曲轴瞬时转速波动,提出了相应的失火在线诊断算法。通过失火故障模拟装置模拟发动机失火,分析了发动机曲轴转速的波动情况。实验结果表明,失火故障模拟装置运行可靠,通过对发动机瞬时转速波动的诊断能够有效地检测失火故障。
With the increasing strict requirement of the emission regulations, the Stage Ⅲ motor vehicle emission standards were implemented in 2008. The misfire diagnosis is one of the most important OBD functions. In view of the ignition systems used on most vehicles, a new kind of misfire simulation method was proposed and a set of electronic controllably misfire simulation device which is convenient, practical and reliable was designed. Relevant online misfire diagnosis arithmetic was also presented based on the crankshaft instantaneous speed fluctuation. Through the simulation of engine misfire by the misfire malfunction simulation device, the fluctuation of crankshaft instantaneous speed was analyzed. The test results show that the misfire malfunction simulation device can run reliably and have an apparent influence on the engine crankshaft instantaneo^s speed fluctuation.
