摘要
在分析无刷直流电机(BLDCM)数学模型及相关文献的基础上,采用S-函数对三相绕组梯形反电势、绕组端电压、星形连接中性点电压及电流反馈采集过程等难点进行建模;采用转速、电流双反馈对无刷直流电机调速系统进行建模。仿真与试验数据的对比分析证明了该方法的有效性。该方法提高了仿真计算效率,较准确实现了对实际三相PWM端电压及由于换向造成的电枢电流动态变化的模拟。该建模方法已被用于对汽车电动液压助力转向系统的研究。
Based on the mathematical model of the Brushless DC motor(BLDCM) and review of some research papers on it, a method of using S-function for modeling BLDCM control system has been proposed. In Matlab/Simulink, the motor's 3-phase back EMF, winding terminal voltages, neutral-point voltage in star-connection and current feedback detecting modules have heen built based on S-function. Double loop control system has been adopted to simulate the control system. The reasonability and validity have been testified by the contrast between simulation and experiment results. The simulation system has the advantage of high calculation efficiency and high accuracy to illustrate the armature current ripples due to phase change. This modeling method has been adopted in designing and modeling actual BLDCM drives for electro-hydraulic power steering system.
