大气湍流对红外探测器光电性能影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 基于大气湍流受限的调制传递函数模型,研究了调制传递函数(MTF)和点扩展函数(PSF)对短波红外探测器(SWIR)、中波红外探测器(MWIR)及长波红外探测器(LWIR)光电性能的影响,并对其进行了数值模拟。结果表明:大气湍流强度对红外探测器的空间分辨率有明显影响。弱湍流对中波和长波红外探测器的光电性能影响较大,湍流受限的MIF超过衍射受限的MTF而占主要地位;探测器的空间分辨率随着其孔径及波长的增加而降低。 Based on the modulation transfer-function model associated with the atmosphere turbulence, the impact on the electro-optic performance of short wave infrared (SWIR) detector,mid wave infrared (MWIR) detector and long wave (LWIR) detector, which induced by modulation transfer-function (MTF) and point spread function (PSF) is studied numerically. It is shown that the intensity of atmosphere turbulence has evidently influenced upon the spatial resolution,the weak turbulence has a greater impact on the electro-optic performance of MWIR detector and LWIR detector,the turbulence-induced MTF is worse than that of the diffraction-induced under condition of weak turbulence, the detector spatial resolution decreases with the aperture diameter and wavelength increasing.
