摘要
从云南省百合主产区采集东方百合种球鳞茎腐烂病病样,用镰刀菌分离方法分离纯化病原,均分离到镰刀菌菌株,经鉴定其为尖孢镰刀菌百合专化型(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lilii)。通过田间镰刀菌接种试验,筛选出不同抗性的材料进行总皂苷测定。结果表明:材料Cai-74的抗性较其他材料都强,而SF4n系列的抗性较其他系列材料都差,Cai-74的总皂苷含量比SF4T4-5的含量增加29.8%,有明显的差异。
Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lilii was isolated and identified from the rotted bulb samples of Lilium oriental collected from the main production regions in yunnan. The lily materials with different resistance were screened out by inoculating the fungi in the field and to detect the saponins. The results show that the resistance of Cai-74 is higher than others, and the worst one is SF4n. The saponins content in Cai-74 is 29. 8% is higher than that in SF4T4-5 with obvious difference.
