摘要
对光皮树果实中果肉、种核、种仁3个部位的油脂含量及其脂肪酸组成进行了分析,结果表明,果肉中油脂占全果总含油比例为66.95%,种核中油脂占16.96%,种仁中油脂占16.09%。3部位油脂均含有亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸和花生酸,只是相对含量不同,其中果肉中油脂主要脂肪酸组成为棕榈酸(24.41%)、亚油酸(32.46%)、油酸(30.07%)、硬脂酸(1.64%)、花生酸(3.09%);种核中油脂的主要脂肪酸组成为棕榈酸(12.48%)、亚油酸(54.79%)、油酸(26.93%)、硬脂酸(2.18%)、花生酸(1.63%);种仁中油脂主要脂肪酸组成为棕榈酸(6.61%)、亚油酸(58.80%)、油酸(22.32%)、硬脂酸(2.03%)、花生酸(0.65%)。
Oil content and fatty acid composition of pulp, kemel and seed nucleus in Comus wilsoniana Wanger. fruit were analyzed. Compared with the total oil content of full fruit, oil content from pulp accounted for 66. 95%, the oil content from kernel occupied 16. 96%, and the oil content from seed nucleus was about 16. 09%. The fatty acid composition of the oil in every part of Comus wilsoniana Wanger. fruit was also analyzed by gas chromatography. The result showed that the oil of every part contained the same composition of fatty aeid(palmitic aeid,linoleic acid,oleic acid,stearic acid and arachic acid), while the relative content was different. In pulp of Comus wilsoniana Wanger. fruit, there were palmitic acid of 24. 41%, linoleic acid of 32. 46%, oleic acid of 30. 07%, stearic acid of 1.64% and arachic acid of 3. 09% ; in kernel there were palmitie acid of 12. 48%, linoleic acid of 54. 79% ,oleic acid of 26. 93%, stearic acid of 2. 18% and araehic acid of 1.63%; in seed nucleus there were palmitie acid of 6. 61%, linoleic acid of 58. 80%, oleic acid of 22. 32%, stearie acid of 2. 03% and araehic acid of 0. 65%.
