摘要
高校科技创新平台的工作机制是一个复杂的系统工程,势必同常规的管理理念和操作模式有诸多矛盾。如何采取有效的管理体制和运行机制组建好创新平台,是值得研究的一个课题。笔者根据自己在这方面的实践经验,试图从理论上对创新平台的组织和发展模式、平台团队建设和创新人才的培养、平台用人机制和激励机制及平台党建工作五方面内容加以论述。以期达到相互参考与借鉴,共同促进高校科技创新平台的超常规发展。
Working mechanism on the scientific and technological innovation platform of colleges and universities is a complex systematic project, which wouId be in contradiction with conventional management concepts and operating mode in many aspects. So it's worthy to study how to take effective management system and operating mechanism to form a good innovation platform. According to the author's practical experience, five aspects of organization and developmental modes, group construction and innovative talents cultivation, employing system, incentive mechanism and party construction on the innovation platform were theoretically discussed. This essay may provide the information and reference for promoting the super-conventional development of scientific and technological innovation platform.
