摘要
分析了数控滚齿零编程技术的实现原理以及YK3610零传动数控卧式滚齿机的误差情况,并在滚齿零编程数学模型的基础上,提出了基于离线测量齿轮误差,针对关键点坐标进行补偿的误差补偿方法,并通过试验建立误差补偿的经验库供补偿调用。利用西门子840D数控系统的开放性,构建了YK3610型数控滚齿零编程及其误差补偿系统的总体结构并实现其界面开发。该方法简便易行,成本低,对提高滚齿效率和精度有重要意义。
The principle of zero-programming technology for NC gear hobbing and the error of YK3610 zero- drive horizontal NC gear bobbing machine are both analysed. Gear error having been measured off-line, based on the mathematical model of gear hobbing zero-progamming, the error compensation method of compensating the key points' coordinates is brought forward and the experience base of compensation can be established by machining tests for compensation. By use of the openness of SINUM ERIK 840D, the architecture of the zero- programming and error compensation system of YK3610 NC gear hobbing machine is constructed, and the system interface is designed. This method is simple and feasible, and it will cost little, so it is significant for improving the efficiency and accuracy of gear hobbing.
