摘要
采用液氮冷却和常温条件下的Ar离子减薄法制备了纳米金属材料的透射电子显微镜样品。观察发现液氮冷却条件下离子减薄的试样中,仍具有纳米相材料的微结构特征,而在常温下减薄的样品中已有一些异常长大的晶粒。
The coefficients of spherical and chromatic aberrations of magnetic lenses are expressed as a polynomial of magnification. The polynomial coefficients are calculated and fitted with the expressions of higher precision. The fitted expressions can be used to calculate the coefficients of spherical and chromatic aberrations in finite magnification conveniently.
