摘要
在CO2激光切割铝面板的试验中,分析了切割速度和辅助氧压对切割质量及熔渣附着量的影响;解决了工件逆反射的难题;获得了激光切割铝板的较佳工艺参数。
The effects of cutting speed and aided oxygen pressure on the cutting quality and the adhesive slag quantity were analysed in the experiment of cutting of aluminium plate by CO2 laser. The problem of workpiece back reflection was also solved. The optimum technological parameters for the laser cutting of aluminium plate have been obtained.
