摘要
通过制革污泥自然干化过程、传统热干化过程和微波干化过程的研究,了解各种干化方法的干化速度,找出影响污泥干化的主要因素,研发适合温州当地实际的制革污泥干化设备。研究表明,214g含水率为73.34%的制革污泥用自然干化方法至恒重需18d,含水率5.36%;165℃热干化至恒重需7h,含水率3.31%;900W微波干化至恒重需14min,含水率3.28%,可以给制革污泥微波干化专用设备研发提供参考。
In order to find out the principal influence factors of the sludge drying, three methods of the process of tannery sludge dewatering are researched, including natural drying, tradi- tional heat drying and microwave drying. We can also select the drying time available and design the equipment of sludge drying for Wenzhou local using. Study indicates that it will take 18 days to dry the sludge with contained water ratio 74.34% and weight 214 g by the method of natural drying, and final the contained water ratio is 5.36%. It will take 7 hours to dry the same sludge in the method of 165 ℃ traditional heat drying, and final the contained water ratio is 3.31%. It will take 0.27 hours to dry the same sludge in the method of microwave drying, and final the contained water ratio is 3.28% .All these data are helpful for the equipment of heated-air drying joining with microwave drying design.
