摘要
本文首次报导了表面包覆硬脂酸（ST）分子的TiO2超微粒甲苯溶胶的吸收光谱、激发光谱和光致发光谱。观察到的吸收带边红移现象与通常关于半导体超微粒的光学特性结论相反,对此进行了初步的理论分析。
This paper reports some new experimental results on the optical properties of TiO_2 ultrafine particles (UFP) coated with stearic acid, which are in contrast with those obtained from the bulk and naked UFP of TiO_2. The theoretical considerations are discussed to explain these phenomena.
