摘要
本文通过分析当前社会对计算机专业人才需求及高等师范院校计算机专业人才就业现状，提出了以就业为导向的计算机专业改革的必要性，并就我院计算机专业培养方案与课程体系改革与实践经验进行了详细介绍。最后通过分析目前我国高师院校计算机科学与技术专业中存在的主要问题，指出以就业为导向的教育教学改革是系统解决高师院校计算机专业各种问题的关键。
This article through getting analysis for the computer specialty demand and the current employment situation of the higher normal computer specialty, proposes necessity of computer specialty reform got employment as the guidance, and gives the detailed introduction to undergraduate course raise plan, the curriculum system reform and experience of computer specialty of our school. Finally through getting analysis to subject matter which exists the present higher normal computer science and technology specialty of our country, points out education teaching transformation got employment as the guidance is the key which solves all kinds of question of the higher normal computer specialty in a systematic way..
