摘要
医院文化是医院品牌建设中不可缺少的重要一环,只有不断建设与时俱进的先进的医院文化,才能打造出优秀的医院品牌。具体实践中,要创新医院文化理念,通过加大网络、电视、电台、平面等媒体的宣传力度,来拓展医院品牌。同时,通过一系列人文建设等手段推进医院的整体内涵建设。以"立足品牌建设与发展,积极构建医院先进文化"实现医院和谐、科学、可持续的发展。
Hospital culture is an indispensable and important part in the process of hospital brand building. Only constructing hospital culture advanced with the times, excellent hospital brand could be built. In practice, we must innovate hospital culture concept and expand hospital brand by strengthening publicity in network, television, radio, print media, etc. In the meanwhile, we must promote the construction of hospital' s overall connotation through a series of humanity building. Based on branding building and development, we should construct advanced hospital culture actively so as to achieve harmonious, scientific and sustainable development of the hospital.
