摘要
目的:应用火焰原子吸收法测定血府逐瘀丸中的微量元素Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni含量。方法:采用硝酸-高氯酸(4:1)常压微沸条件下消解样品,并进行了方法的准确性和精密度考察。结果:测定的3批样品中有2批未检出Cr,Cr的检出限为2.1×10-8g;方法的加样回收率(n=3)为96.8%～107.1%,RSD为1.1%～5.1%。结论:本方法准确、迅速、简便。
Objective ： To determine the amount of trace elements （ Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Cr, Ni） in Xiefuzhuyu pills by flame atomic absorption spectrometry （FAAS）. Method： FAAS was used to determine the contents of Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Cr, Ni in the Xiefuzhuyu pills. The samples were digested with HNO3 - HClO4 （4：1 ） at 140 ℃ under normal pressure. In the meantime, the accuracy and precision on the results were studied. Results：Cr had not been detected in 2 samples,and the detection of limit was 2. 1 × 10^-8 g for Cr;The results showed that the recovery of additional standard（n =3） was 96. 8% - 107.1% ,and RSD was 1.1% -5.1%. Conclusion：The method is accurate, rapid and simple.
