摘要
为了使以编码器为反馈元件的回转伺服控制系统半实物仿真更符合实际情况,提出了一种虚拟圆编码器及其实现方法,即在Simulink下通过编写S函数对数据采集卡进行读写而模拟编码器输出,将转台的数学模型和模拟编码器模块结合,同时通过转台的半实物仿真实验加以验证.结果表明,所提出的方法可以准确模拟仿真编码器的转台工作状态.
To make the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of the revolving servo control system, the feedback component of which is usually an encoder, more correspond with the reality, an approach of virtual encoder was proposed, simulate the output of the encoder through reading and writing the DAQ cards by compiling S-functions in the circumstance of Simulink. The combination of the virtual encoder and the mathematic model of the flight motion simulator will simulate the working status of the turn table with grater accuracy. The experiment of the flight motion verified the approach described above.
