孩儿拳种子萌发特性和抗氧化系统对盐胁迫的响应 被引量:7

摘要 用不同浓度的NaCl溶液对孩儿拳种子进行胁迫处理,探讨盐胁迫下孩儿拳种子萌发特性、保护酶和膜质过氧化程度。结果表明:(1)低浓度盐胁迫(50 mmol/L)下,种子总萌发率与对照差异不显著,幼根长度和幼苗鲜重却高于对照,随着盐胁迫的加重,种子萌发率、幼根长度和幼苗鲜重均呈下降趋势。盐浓度为200 mmol/L时,总萌发率仅为13.8%。(2)在盐胁迫浓度较低时,SOD酶活性显著高于对照,当盐胁迫浓度达到200 mmol/L时,SOD活性开始下降;CAT酶活性随着盐胁迫浓度的增加,变化趋势和SOD酶活性相似;POD酶活性随着盐胁迫的增加呈升高趋势,尤其在SOD酶活性开始下降时,POD酶活性仍在增加。(3)盐胁迫为50 mmol/L和100 mmol/时,其丙二醛含量与对照差异不显著,盐胁迫为200 mmol/L时,丙二醛含量最高,为对照的2.35倍。 The seeds of G. biloba O. Don vat. parviflora treated with different concentration of NaCl solution,what were observed of seed germination,the root length ,wet weight of seedlings and system of anti-oxidation. The results showed that: (1)under low concentration of salt stress (50 mmol/L),its seed germination rate and the control were not significant,root length and wet weight of seedlings were higher than the control,with the salt stress strengthened,seed germination Rate, Root length and seedling fresh weight showed a downward trend, while salt stress reached 200 mmol/L, tatal rate of seed germination was only 13.8 percent. (2) under low concentration of salt stress,SOD activity was significantly higher than the control,while the salt stress reached 200 mmol/L,SOD activity started to decline;CAT activity had the same changing trend with SOD activity;POD activity increased with salt stress increasing,particularly when SOD activity declined, POD activity was still increasing. (3)with the salt stress up to the 50 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L, the content of MDA and that of the control were not significant, but when the salt stress reached 200 mmol/L,the content of MDA is 2.35 times than that of the control.
