摘要
针对某企业手工装配作业环境,认为生产控制系统的调度策略必须建立在人机互助的基础之上。在具体操作时,提出用Petri网规范装配工艺流程,基于关键工序点进行控制,即:1)按周期计划安排生产;2)按日进度计划用Petri网预测缺件;3)基于关键工序点的在制品控制;4)定期盈亏检查,从而达到对装配产品信息流的动态控制和科学管理。这些策略与方法来源于企业,适合中国国情,因而具有实用性和推广价值。
A scheduling strategy for the manual assembly process is proposed and based on solving problems by means of man computer cooperation. In order to put it into action, using Petri net is presented to specify assembly process, and critical procedures are used to control. There are furthermore four types being included so that information flow of assembly process can be dynamically controlled and scientifically managed. They are: (1) organizing production with the help of weekly plan, (2) by use of Petri net model to predict lack spare parts according to the daily plan, (3) controlling the quantity of work in process on basis of critical procedure, (4) regularly confirming the responsibility for its profits or losses. That scheduling strategy and control methods derive from enterprises and are fit for characteristics of Chinese enterprises. It shows practical and available.
